Propforge generates geometry for hobby projects. Please read this before you print or spin anything.
Hobby use only
Designs are provided for personal, non-commercial hobby use. They are not certified for aviation, marine, medical or any safety-critical application.
Printed rotating parts can shatter
3D prints have weak layer lines, voids and residual stress. A propeller or impeller can fail suddenly and throw fragments at high speed. Keep tip speeds modest, print with sufficient walls and infill, and inspect parts before every use.
Always use guards and eye protection
Run rotors inside a guard or duct, wear eye protection, secure the motor firmly and never stand in the plane of rotation. Balance the part before running it at speed.
Everything is an estimate
Volumes, masses and any performance figures are estimates from simplified models, not measurements. Always test carefully and conservatively.
No warranty
The software and all generated files are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. You are solely responsible for how you manufacture and use them.
Your designs
You own the designs you create. We process your parameters only to generate the requested files and do not keep them after the export completes, apart from a short-lived cache.
